BENTONE GEL® LC V gives stable thixotropic viscosity control, while suspending the pigments and enabling controlled alignment of special effect pigments.
1. Combine Phase A with propeller mixing. Mix until homogenous.
2. Begin to heat Phase A and add Phase B with propeller mixing. Continue to heat to 70°C.
3. Speedmix Phase C until homogenous.
4. Once Phase A/B is 70°C, add Phase C with propeller mixing.
5. Begin cooldown with mixing and cool to ambient temperature.
