Procedure
- Combine Phase A with propeller mixing and begin to heat to 75°C.
- Wet out clay and gum in humectant in Phase B.
- Add Phase B to Phase A while propeller mixing and continuing to heat.
- Combine Phase C with propeller mixing and heat to 75°C.
- Add Phase C to Phase AB with mixing while maintaining temperature.
- Once homogenous, begin cooling with mixing.
- Add Phase D at 70°C with mixing and continue to cool.
- At 30°C, add Phase E with mixing and continue to cool to room temperature.
