Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct is our guide to doing business the right way.

We expect everyone in our organisation to act in accordance with our Code and our Values.

Our Code sets out the legal obligations and ethical principles that we are committed to upholding. It contains important principles on key ethics and compliance issues that affect how we engage with our colleagues, our customers and suppliers, our communities and our environment. It provides guidance on how to apply these principles, how to ask for help and how to speak up if something does not seem right.

In addition to our Code of Conduct, we also have an Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy, which can be accessed here. Employees can access our other internal policies via our Global Policies intranet page or by contacting the Legal & Compliance team.
