Steps of our recruitment process

  • Welcome interview with a recruiter. Here, you'll learn all about the job and what it's like to work at Elementis. We'll ask you questions about your background and preferences - making sure the job is a good fit for you.
  • 2nd interview with the HR manager of the role and/or a member of the team. 
  • 3rd Interview with HR and/or a member of the team.

For senior positions, we ask you to complete an assessment. You will receive a report, and the results will be discussed in a final interview. 
Please note that the recruitment can be different depending on role and location.
