BLR-8086

PU Hardener- Blocked aliphatic polyisocyanate

BLR-8086 is a blocked aliphatic polyisocyanate, which is used to formulate one component polyulethanc backing paint. 

Key properties

  • Cross-linking time above 130 °C, higher temperature is shorter cross-linking time.
  • Curing with hydroxyl-functional resin such as polyester or acrylate, especially in light-stable and weather resistance.
  • Good stability in one-component polyurethane.
  • BLR-8086 substituted for amino resin (20 - 40%), to improve toughness, impact resistance and T bend test.
