DEFOM 3100

Defom 3100 is a silicone-free bubble-releasing and anti-foaming agent for solvent-based and solvent-free system.

Key properties

• It is an effective additive in bubble releasing and anti-foaming for solvent-based or solvent-free system.
• In high-viscosity solvent-based or solvent-free systems, the entrapped air caused by mechanical forces such as mixing or circulation is difficult to be released, therefore, resulting a non-uniform surface.
• It is a non-silicone polymer with special interfacial property that initially prevents the incorporation of air and enhances de-aeration and collapse of bubble to obtain a smooth surface. 
• To exhibits good compatibility and anti-foaming, defoaming functions in UV curing system applied by curtain or roller coatings.
• It is an outstanding anti-foamer and defoamer in unsaturated polyester coatings.
