DeuRheo 229 is a special polyamide wax dispersion, which prevents pigment or filler settling and sagging.
Key properties
- It imparts strong thixotropic properties and anti-sagging effects than conventional additives, especially in high film-build coatings
- Micaceous iron oxide, zinc dust and anti-corrosive pigments, the sedimentation is easy to re-disperse
- To enhance the flake orientation of metallic and pearlescent pigments
- High-speed disperser is sufficient to incorporate this additive
- Processing temperature ranging from 20 to 40°C
