FINNTALC F40

FINNTALC F40 is a hydrated magnesium silicate with chemical formula of Mg3Si4O10(OH)2.

Finntalc grades are purified in a cascade of multiple flotation cells. This process results in a tight definition of the talc composition. In combination with a precisely controlled particle size distribution, this ensures exact reproducibility in formulations. 

Key properties

Pure, lamellar talc with coarse particle size; very hydrophobic, inert and soft.
