LEVELOL TSP

Levelol TSP is a mixture of high boiling point compound and special surfactant. It improves film leveling and prevents foaming and pinholes. Levelol TSP is suitable for various air dry and baking paints. 

Key properties

• It is highly effective in improving solvent release as well as surface flow property of paints and inks. In the meantime, it also prevents film blushing under high humidity.
• To eliminate orange peel, pinholes, craters, to form a even and high gloss film.
• Good penetrates into porous substrate such as wood. A combination of Levelol TSP with anti-foamers can help release of entrapped air in substrate.
• In baking paint Levelol TSP shortens setting time and eliminates solvent popping foaming problems.
• In dipping and spraying paints, Levelol TSP can prevent dents, spray scars and seams caused by spattering, and the problem of fat edge can also be resolved.
