NUOSPERSE® FA 182

Ionic Surfactant, Wetting and Dispersing Agent

GENERAL INFORMATION

NUOSPERSE FA 182 is an anionic surface active compound which can be used as a wetting agent in dispersion paints. The product also reduces the resistance of electrostatic spray paints. NUOSPERSE FA 182 may be applied in both organic and aqueous systems.

1. Reduces surface tension to extremely low levels

  • speeds up wetting of pigments and substrates

2. Keeps surfactants of universal colorants from being adsorbed by the color base paint

  • improves compatibility with universal colorants

3. Solubilizes water in polar solvents

  • reduces phase separation

4. Reduces resistance of electrostatic spray paint

  • allows for better application of spray coatings
